My then fiance, now husband and I packed up our belongings and made the 22-hour trek from Missouri to beautiful Missoula, MT in August 2010. We're both University of Missouri alums and rabid Mizzou fans, so it was a little funny that the name of our new home was so similar to our alma mater's :)

Since our big move, I've done my best to prettify our small cookie-cutter apartment by crafting and thrifting up a storm! Most of my posts deal with our apartment decor updates (especially as the seasons change--I love decorating for Halloween, fall, Christmas, and other holidays!), my latest Pinterest obsessions and craft projects, organization ideas, and my thrifty shopping finds. I'm also on a mission to try out new recipes, so I like to share our weekly menus and our opinions on the new dishes I make.
Some things I adore: writing, reading, DIYing, shopping (particularly at Ross, Target, TJ Maxx, thrift stores, and antique malls!), our cat Belle, Netflix Instant Streaming (I may have an addiction), karaoke, cupcakes, bright colors, blue mason jars, glass milk bottles, bunting, sleeping in, Friday the 13th (our wedding date!), and of course being with my friends and family :)
